Officials in the race office at Tioga Downs have announced that phone lines in the race office are currently down.
If you are looking to enter your horse to race at Tioga, call the judges lines to.
The judges’ lines are 607-699-7572, 607-699-7573 and 607-699-7574.
The entry box will remain open past 9 a.m.
