The Standardbred Retirement Foundation’s raffle draw for a trip to the Elitlopp in Solvalla Stockholm (Sweden) will take place tomorrow (Tuesday, May 3) at 12:30 p.m.
The Elitlopp is one of harness racing's most exciting events in world for those who love the sport of racing. This trip includes a five-day, four-night stay for two at a four-star hotel in the heart of the Stockholm. There will be a welcoming dinner and get-together on the Thursday night. There will be sightseeing on the Friday and Saturday mornings. There will be entrance to the Solvalla Racetrack on the Saturday and Sunday and an English-speaking tour guide during the entire stay.
Raffle tickets are $25 each. The funds that are raised will be used to provide hay and grain, medical, farrier care, rehabilitation, vaccinations, and other related needs for more than 200 Standardbreds currently in SRF's care.
