The Ontario Resident Mare Enrolment form to enroll Standardbred mares for the 2011 foaling year was released today by the Ontario Racing Commission
.
The form is being made available before publication of the 2011 Program criteria to allow mare owners to enroll mares at least 180 days prior to January 1, 2011, the earliest possible foaling date for 2011 foals.
