It has been announced that New Jersey Racing Commission Executive Director Frank Zanzuccki will be retiring from his position effective July 1.
According to a release by the Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey, Zanzuccki made the announcement on Wednesday (May 16) at a NJRC meeting at Monmouth Park.
No replacement has been named as of yet.
Zanzuccki joined the NJRC in 1978 and served in various positions prior to being appointed executive director in 1992.
The next meeting of the NJRC is scheduled for July 18 at Monmouth Park.
