The Meadowlands Racetrack is encouraging fans to support America’s troops and their families at its first USO Night at the Races on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 19
.
Every $2 admission fee for live racing that night will be donated to the USO, and a concert by the Liberty Bells will highlight the evening.
Military vehicles will be on display in Paddock Park and servicemen and women have been invited to present trophies for the races.
The gates will open 5:00 p.m. and the concert will get underway at 6:20 p.m. Live racing will commence at 7:00 p.m.
