Trot Insider has been informed that a National Capital Regional Harness Horse Association / Rideau Carleton Raceway conditions meeting will be taking place at the track in the near future.
The meeting will take place on Monday, May 13 and will get underway at 6:30 p.m. in the old bingo hall on the second floor.
