A generic stakes form can be used to submit payments by mail. It can be located by clicking here.

- two-year-olds (Foals of 2021) - $100
- yearlings (Foals of 2022) - $25

If paying by cheque or money order, envelopes must be clearly post-marked on or before April 15 to be accepted, despite inadequacies of the postal system.
