After almost 30 years of service, Wilma Tichenoff has decided to retire from her role as Standardbred Canada Field Representative.
Wilma was a well-known figure at both Dresden Raceway and Hiawatha Horse Park in Sarnia. Tichenoff said “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working for Standardbred Canada and I'm surely going to miss all my co-workers.”
SC's Val Boom, Manager of SC Field Services, wished Tichenoff well in retirement and thanked her for her years of service to the harness racing industry.
"She was a great employee who always paid particular attention to detail and her work was meticulous. I would sincerely like to thank Wilma for her years of service, hard work and dedication."
