Trot Insider has learned that the qualifying sessions that were scheduled for this evening (Thursday, April 4) at Truro Raceway and Saturday (April 6) at Hippodrome 3R have been cancelled.
The Truro qualifiers were cancelled due to inclement weather (very high winds), while the Hippodrome 3R qualifying session has been cancelled due to too few horses being ready to qualify.
Truro will redraw qualifiers which have been rescheduled for Sunday at 12 p.m.
Management at Hippodrome 3R have cancelled the qualifying races for Saturday, April 6 and have rescheduled them to be held on Saturday, April 13 beginning at 11:00 am.
The track at 3R will be open for training during the week at the normal schedule.
