Due to heavy rain and unsafe conditions, the qualifiers scheduled for today (April 27) at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park have been postponed.
Qualifiers have been shifted to Sunday (April 28) at 10:00 a.m.
Charlottetown is scheduled to get its live season of harness racing underway on Saturday, May 4 at 6 p.m., while Summerside is scheduled to start its campaign on Monday, May 20 at 1 p.m.
The revised qualifying schedule for Red Shores' tracks appears below.
Charlottetown Qualifiers
• Sunday, April 28 (post time 10:00 a.m.)
• Tuesday, April 30 (post time 12:30 p.m.)
Summerside Qualifiers
• Monday, April 29 (post time 6 p.m.)

A Standardbred Canada field rep will be on hand at the qualifiers in order to take care of any SC business that horsepeople need to address.
SC would like to remind all horsepeople that all memberships and eligibility fees need to be paid. Additionally, name changes need to be made before a horse ever qualifies. Coggins tests are required as set out in the rules in your racing jurisdiction.
