Additional information has been released in regard to Kawartha Downs’ upcoming meet of live harness racing.
Kawartha’s opening day will take place on Saturday, May 11 and will feature a 7:00 p.m. post time. The track will race every Saturday for 21 consecutive weeks, up to and including September 28.
Qualifiers will be held on Saturday, May 4 at 11:00 a.m. The box for qualifiers will close on Thursday, May 2 at 11 a.m. Schoolers will be offered after the qualifiers. On race days, qualifiers will start at 4:30 p.m.
The draw for Saturday races will be held on Tuesdays with the box closing at 11 a.m.

The Kawartha Downs track will be available for training on Mondays from 6 a.m. - 12:00 noon, Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Thursdays from 6 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
