Officials with the Meadowlands Racetrack have announced some of the details in regard to the training of two-year-olds over the ‘Big M’s famed one-mile oval.
The Meadowlands and the SBOA of NJ will again cooperate to provide access to the racetrack for those horsepeople wishing to train their young horses over the track during the month of May.
Effective Thursday, May 3, the track will be open each Thursday in May from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the paddock will be open and available during those hours. The cost for these training sessions will be covered by the SBOA of NJ.
The Meadowlands is asking al interested horsepeople to please call the race office (877-782-2537) by noon each Wednesday with an estimated number of horses so preparations can be made.
