Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions to help make the process a little easier so you can start saving right away!
Q: WHAT IS THE MVP?
A: The Member Value Program (MVP) provides exclusive discounts and promotions for Standardbred Canada members who are enrolled in the program. Enrollment and access to the program is FREE with your SC Membership. The MVP currently has seven partners that offer valuable savings on their products or services.
Q: HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE PROGRAM?
A: Watch this video tutorial and follow the steps! Or visit the MVP website, it just takes a few minutes! (Still can’t figure out how to sign-up, contact Hailey Saunders at (905) 858-3060 and she will walk you through the process!)
Q: I SIGNED UP FOR THE PROGRAM BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL?
A: Please ensure that you check your junk mail for the confirmation e-mail. Due to your e-mail privacy settings the confirmation e-mail could end up there instead of your inbox!
Q: I SIGNED UP FOR THE PROGRAM, AND I RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION E-MAIL, BUT I STILL CAN’T ACCESS THE MVP DISCOUNT PAGE?
A: Please remember that you CANNOT access the MVP discount page if you are NOT signed in to your Standardbred Canada user account. To login to your SC user account please click LOGIN at the top of the Standardbred Canada homepage. Once you are logged in you will be able to access the MVP discount page.
