The sale catalogue and past performances booklet for the Meadowlands Spring Mixed Sale are now available on the Tattersalls Sales Co. website and on the Equineline Sales Catalog app.
The “all-racehorse” sale is scheduled to get underway at noon on Sunday, May 7, in the back paddock at the Meadowlands.
Sale manager David Reid said that entries for the supplement catalogue are now being accepted, and that those wishing to enter horses can do so online on the Tattersalls website at tattersallsredmile.com or by calling the sale office at (914) 773-7777.
“With all the racing going on now, people are looking for horses ready to drop in the box, and this sale has them,” Reid said.
He pointed out that more than 80 percent of the horses catalogued have raced in just the past two weeks, with a significant number showing recent wins at nearly every major track.
“I hope that buyers in the Midwest and Canada -- not just those along the East Coast -- take the time to get a good look at the racelines,” Reid said. “Some of the horses that have been campaigning successfully at the Meadowlands, Yonkers and Woodbine would make outstanding additions to stables in other circuits.”
Those not on the company’s mailing list who would like to order a print catalogue can do so by filling out the catalogue request form on the Tattersalls website.
