Entries for the yearling portion of the inaugural Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale are scheduled to close on Friday, May 2, 2025.
The newest addition to the Standardbred sales calendar has already generated significant interest. In addition to selling Indiana’s finest yearlings, the sale will also include yearlings sired in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Kentucky, Illinois, and Minnesota.
The Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale will take place at the Indiana State Fairgrounds from Thursday, Oct. 16 through Saturday, Oct.18, 2025. Select yearlings will sell on Thursday and Friday (October 16 - 17), followed by the mixed sale on Saturday, Oct. 18. Entries for the mixed sale will open in July.
To provide added value to both sellers and buyers, the Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale will feature innovative sliding scale commissions and buyer rebates.
