It has been announced that at Harness Racing BC's Board of Directors meeting on April 3 the board decided to increase a particular foal incentive payment
.
The board voted to increase the Foal Incentive payment from $1,000 to $1,500 to be awarded to the foals of 2013 under the eligibility as governed under the definition of 'BC-Bred.'
