Harrah’s Hoosier Park is set to make the transition to a four-day week of racing with the addition of Wednesday cards beginning on April 16, with a 13-race card set to get underway at 6:15 p.m.
With the additional night of racing also comes more guaranteed wagers for the betting public. The Wednesday guarantees will mirror that of Thursday, with $10,000 USD guarantees on the Early Pick 5 (Races 1-5), Late Pick 4 (last four races carded), and Late Hoosier High 5 (last race carded). With wagering menu changes made at the start of the 2025 season, takeout has been reduced on all Pick 5 wagers to 15 per cent, Pick 4 wagers have been reduced to an industry low 12 per cent, with a continuation of 12 per cent takeout on all Hoosier High 5 wagers.
Hoosier Park will offer nightly guaranteed wagers for the remainder of the 2025 racing season, which runs through Nov. 29. The Early Pick 5 and Late Hoosier High 5 will be guaranteed at $10,000 USD each weeknight of the 2025 season, with those guarantees being set at $7,500 USD on Saturday cards.

Hoosier Park will continue on a Wednesday through Saturday schedule through June 21, before adding Tuesdays beginning on June 24. Standard first post for each night of racing is 6:15 p.m.
