Fueled by fantastic training reports, generating an overwhelming response from breeders, the Mr Cantab Syndicate has announced that Mr Cantab's book is now full and closed for 2014.

Mr Cantab 2,1:56.1; 3,1:53.3 ($139,419), who won six of his 12 starts at two and three, is a half brother to world champion Passionate Glide 2, 1:55.4; 3, 1:52.2 ($2,060,447) and was the highest priced yearling colt sold at auction in 2007, with a price of $350,000 at the Lexington Selected Sale. He was bred by Brittany Farms and trained by Erv Miller.

Well received at the yearling sales, Mr Cantab’s first crop of two-year-olds will race this year.

“Trainers who have them feel like they will be a force to be reckoned with in the Indiana Sires Stakes program,” stated syndicate manager, Harold Ruddick. “They are very good gaited and are smart.”

The son of Cantab Hall-Miss Marita-Joie De Vie is owned by the Mr Cantab Syndicate and his stallion career is being managed by Hoosier Hoofprints Stallion Management.
