It has been reported that effective the end of April, Dr. Scot Waterman will be leaving his post as executive director of the Racing Medication and Testing Consortium
.
An article by the Thoroughbred Times has cited Florida Horseman Benevolent and Protective Association Executive Director Kent Stirling as confirming the news.
Stirling is a member of the RMTC board of directors
