Standardbred owner Jean-Claude Plouffe passed away on Dec. 20, 2022 at Foyers Farnham at the age of 92.
Husband of the late Luce Ménard, residing in Farnham, Que. He is survived by his sons, Daniel (Alexandra Verret) and Patrick (Solange Fontaine). He also leaves his grandchildren, Jean-Philippe, Justine (Samuel Gosselin), Jean-Christophe (Rachel Ouimet), Anais and Vanessa; his brother, Normand (Angèle Tardif); his friend, Madeleine Bolduc; his nephews and nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. at the funeral home, Desourdy Inc., located at 1500 St. Paul Street North, Farnham, QC. The funeral will take place Saturday, April 22 at 11 a.m. in the St-Romuald Church, Farnham followed by burial in the Farnham cemetery. Donations in Jean-Claude's memory to the Fondation Les Foyers Farnham would be appreciated.

Époux de feu Luce Ménard, demeurant à Farnham, Qué. Il laisse dans le deuil ses fils, Daniel (Alexandra Verret) et Patrick (Solange Fontaine). Il laisse également ses petits-enfants Jean-Philippe, Justine (Samuel Gosselin), Jean-Christophe (Rachel Ouimet), Anais et Vanessa, son frère Normand (Angèle Tardif), son amie, Madeleine Bolduc, ses neveux et nièces, cousins et cousines et autres parents et amis. La famille vous accueillera le vendredi 21 avril de 18h à 21h et le samedi 22 avril à compter de 9h au salon funéraire Désourdy Inc., 1500, rue St-Paul Nord, Farnham.
Les funérailles auront lieu le samedi 22 avril à 11h en l’église St-Romuald de Farnham suivies de l’inhumation au cimetière de Farnham. Des dons en sa mémoire à la Fondation Les Foyers Farnham seraient appréciés.
