Standardbred Canada is recruiting people to fill occasional, part-time customer service positions
.
The Customer Service Representatives are required to work evenings and weekends at major events at racetracks throughout Ontario from May through the end of August.
These positions would suit energetic people who love harness racing and feel they would be a good ambassador for the sport.
The CSRs would assist new fans and existing customers to enjoy the racing experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable in harness racing; even better if you are passionate about it; must be proficient in reading the program and wagering
- Must be comfortable meeting, greeting and talking to strangers
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to take initiative
- Must be a team player
- Willing to travel to tracks around the province
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to work evenings & weekends
