The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has issued an update to the EHV-1 policy in the state.
Effective April 15, the following requirements will be needed in Pennsylvania.

All horses must show proof of a rabies shot within the current calendar year

All horses must show proof of the EIV/EHV (Rhino + Flu) equine vaccine every six months. This is for protection from rhinopneumonitis respiratory disease

All horses must have a Coggins Test drawn within the current calendar year
The PA Department of Agriculture has stated that the paperwork must be submitted to the race office.
