It has been announced that longtime Standardbred racing participant Eclee 'Chubby' Scott passed away on Saturday, March 14 at the age of 74.
Scott, who was a resident of Yonkers, New York at the time of passing, trained horses for decades.
Most recently, Scott was working as a caretaker for trainer Mike Forte.
