Officials with Tioga and Vernon Downs have announced that the stable areas at both tracks will not be accepting horses on April 1 as previously scheduled.
It is suggested that if had you planned to ship to either track, continue to stable your horses where they are currently housed.
"We are uncertain when our properties will be able to reopen as a whole," said Jason Settlemoir , the VP of racing for both properties. "We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates of when live racing will begin at each property. We are living in unprecedented times and the safety of our guests, employees, and horsemen remain our top priorities."
