Lois Harris Passes; Arrangements Set

After a battle with cancer, longtime harness racing industry participant Lois Harris of London, Ont. passed away on Sunday, March 15 at the age of 76.

Lois was a horse owner for many years with her pre-deceased husband Charlie. Together, they owned many horses under the Richlo Stables with favourites including Charmin Countess and Red Lion.

Pre-deceased by husband Charlie, brother Skip and sisters Shirley and Carol. Survived by sisters Marilyn and Barb, brother Ron, son Randy (Kat) and grand-daughters Kayley and Kyley. Loved by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews plus loving Godmother to Dawna and Sarah Keays.

A celebration of life will be held in Thursday, March 26 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. in The Annex at The Western Fair District. The family wishes to thank Greg Blanchard and the Western Fair District for hosting.
