The Ontario Racing Commission today announced that the 2011 program criteria books for the Standardbred Improvement Program, the Thoroughbred Improvement Program and the Ontario Quarter Horse Racing Industry Development Program are now available
.
The books, which provide the specific details for the suite of Ontario breed improvement programs for 2011 and include all necessary application forms, are available online and have been mailed to everyone that participated in the programs in 2010.
