The Harness Horse Youth Foundation has announced the schedule for its 2011 summer programs.

“The HHYF board recently re-examined our efforts and found we needed to readjust and rededicate in an attempt to reach even more young people” said HHYF Executive Director Ellen Taylor. “To achieve this, HHYF is planning to include for this year five-, three-, and one-day events depending on the location. This also means we are doing our best to ‘extend the season’ in coordination with school schedules.”
HHYF activities are almost solely supported by private donations. The organization is now seeking sponsors and contributors to assist with the summer programs, from travel expenses to child registration fees as well as full sponsorship of members of the HHYF stable of trottingbreds which are used extensively to teach the fundamentals of horsemanship.
