Officials with Fraser Downs have been forced to cancel the live card of harness racing slated for Friday, March 1.
The cancellation comes as a result of ongoing problems with the racing surface caused by the extreme winter weather on the west coast. This cancellation is the fifth straight card cancelled at the Surrey, B.C. oval.
Fraser's next card of harness racing is slated for Sunday, March 3 with a special 6:30 p.m. post time.
