Trot Insider has learned that Flamboro Downs will be closed for training on Wednesday (Feb. 6) and that the scheduled Wednesday qualifying session at Rideau Carleton Raceway has also been cancelled.
Officials with Flamboro Downs have notified Trot Insider that the track will be closed for training on Wednesday (Feb. 6). The closure will allow Flamboro’s track crew to perform maintenance on the racing surface. Rideau Carleton Raceway has cancelled its scheduled qualifiers for Wednesday (Feb. 6) due to track conditions resulting from adverse weather in the previous days.
