Officials with Harness Racing B.C. have advised that an upcoming stakes event slated for March has been cancelled.
The HRBC 2017 Wendell Smith Memorial Stakes for BC Bred Three-Year-Old Colts & Geldings has been cancelled due to insufficient entries. Elims were scheduled to go March 19 and the final was scheduled for March 26, 2017.
