Flamboro Downs is the most recent track to announce that it has had to cancel its scheduled plans for racing today (Sunday, Feb. 23) due to track conditions.
Officials with Flamboro Downs have informed Trot Insider that they have been forced to cancel the program of live racing that had been scheduled for this evening (Sunday, Feb. 23). The cancellation has come due to deteriorating track conditions as a result of unseasonably warm temperatures.
Live racing will resume at Flamboro Downs on Thursday, February 27 at 6:35 p.m.
Officials with Rideau Carleton Raceway have been forced to cancel the qualifying session that was scheduled for today (Sunday, Feb. 23) at the Ottawa-area oval.
The cancellation has come due to track conditions.
Rideau is scheduled to be hosting an 11-dash program of live racing this evening. First post is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
