Woodbine Entertainment would like to remind all owners and trainers that the deadline for nominations to the 2025 major stakes at Woodbine Mohawk Park is Saturday, Feb. 15.
Nominations close Saturday, Feb. 15 for the following major stakes:
- Pepsi North America Cup (Three-Year-Old Pace)
- Mohawk Million (Two-Year-Old Trot – Slot purchase deadline is Feb. 18)
- Armbro Flight (Mare Trot)
- Canadian Pacing Derby (Open Pace)
- Canadian Trotting Classic (Three-Year-Old Trot)
- Casual Breeze (Three-Year-Old Filly Trot)
- Elegantimage (Three-Year-Old Filly Trot)
- Eternal Camnation (Two-Year-Old Filly Pace)
- Fan Hanover (Three-Year-Old Filly Pace)
- Goodtimes (Three-Year-Old Trot)
- Maple Leaf Trot (Open Trot)
- Metro Pace (Two-Year-Old Pace)
- Milton (Mare Pace)
- Nassagaweya (Two-Year-Old Pace)
- Peaceful Way (Two-Year-Old Filly Trot)
- Roses Are Red (Mare Pace)
- Shes A Great Lady (Two-Year-Old Filly Pace)
- Somebeachsomewhere (Three-Year-Old Pace)
- William Wellwood Memorial (Two-Year-Old Trot)
Nominations close Saturday, Feb. 15 for the following stakes at various Ontario racetracks:
- Grand River: Battle of Waterloo (Ontario Sired Two-Year-Old Pace)
- Grand River: Battle of the Belles (Ontario Sired Two-Year-Old Filly Pace)
- Flamboro: Charles Juravinski Memorial Cup (Four-Year-Old Pace)
- Hanover: Balanced Image (Ontario Sired Two-Year-Old Trot)
- Hanover: Dream Of Glory (Ontario Sired Three-Year-Old Trot)
- Clinton: Kin Pace (Ontario Sired Three-Year-Old Filly Pace)
Sustaining payments are due Saturday, Feb. 15 for the following events:
- 2025 Simcoe Open (Three-Year-Old Trot & Pace)
- 2025 Simcoe Filly (Three-Year-Old Filly Trot & Pace)
- 2025 SBOA Stakes (Three-Year-Old Filly, Colt, Pace & Trot)
