AGCO Announces New Board Appointments

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) announced last week that Danielle Cerisano and Dr. Anne Snowdon have been appointed to the AGCO Board of Directors, effective Jan. 15, 2026.

Danielle Cerisano serves as the Chief Financial Officer of League, where she oversees the Finance, Compliance, and People & Culture functions. She brings extensive experience in building agile, high performing teams and has established multiple finance departments from inception. Throughout her career, Cerisano has focused on advancing operational effectiveness and leveraging data driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and support organizational transformation. Prior to joining League, she began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Assurance practice, going on to contribute to the growth and evolution of several leading technology and innovation organizations. Cerisano holds the CPA, CA designation earned during her tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree at Queen’s University.  

Dr. Anne Snowdon is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, and a leading researcher in health system innovation and supply chain performance. She directs a national research program examining how health supply chains support effective health system responses, including work across seven provinces during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Snowdon is the Scientific Director and CEO of SCAN Health and Chief Scientific Research Officer for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and serves on the Health Futures Council at Arizona State University. A former Vice Chair of the Alberta Innovates Board, she also holds adjunct appointments at the University of Windsor, Dalhousie University, and the University of Southern Denmark. A Fulbright Scholar, she has authored more than 150 publications and holds patents for a commercialized booster seat innovation. She earned her PhD from the University of Michigan, MSc from McGill University and BScN from Western University.
