Live harness racing has been cancelled for Monday, Dec. 30 at Monticello Raceway due to unsafe track conditions.
A decision will be made on Tuesday morning about the status of the Dec. 31 afternoon race card scheduled for 12:10 p.m.
Qualifying races have been rescheduled to Thursday, Jan. 2.
