Longtime Standardbred participant Fernande Brodeur (née Boivin) passed away on Thursday, December 15 at the age of 100.
Brodeur was a past owner of world renowned sulky manufacturer Brodeur Sulky with late husband François Brodeur in addition to being the co-owner and operator of Ferme F Brodeur.
She is survived by her children Lise (Jules), Francine, Claudette (Antonio), Fernand (Ginette), Diane and Monique (François), 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, relatives and friends.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 7 from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m at Salon Alfred Dallaire, 2159 St-Martin Est, Laval with a celebration of life to follow at 4:00 p.m
Instead of flowers, donations to the Maison de Soins palliatifs de Laval would be appreciated.
