The Central Ontario Standardbred Association (COSA) office will be closed from Thursday, Dec. 25 to Thursday, Jan. 1.
The office will re-open on Friday, Jan. 2.
The directors and staff of COSA would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday and good racing luck in the new year!
