A carryover of $1,813.51 has prompted a $10,000 guaranteed pool in Sunday's (Dec. 20) Pick-4 at Harrah's Philadelphia.
The $10,000 guaranteed pool is offered in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association's Strategic Wagering Program. The Pick-4, which offers a 50-cent base wager and carries a 15 percent takeout, begins in race seven.
