Yonkers Raceway has announced its early 2012 draw schedule for the season which begins on Friday, January 13, pending approval of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board

• Monday, 1/9 -- Friday, 1/13 -- 9:00 a.m.
• Tuesday, 1/10 -- Saturday, 1/14 -- 9:00 a.m.
• Wednesday, 1/11 -- Monday, 1/16 -- 9:00 a.m.
• Thursday, 1/12 -- Tuesday, 1/17 -- 9:00 a.m.
• Friday, 1/13 -- Thursday, 1/19 -- 4:00 p.m.
Note that beginning Friday, January 13, Yonkers returns to its regular draw schedule. Also note that from January 9-12, race-office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Qualifiers for Friday, January 13 are to be drawn Thursday, January 12 (the box will close at 9:00 a.m.). All driver changes/scratches close at 10:00 a.m. the day after the draw, with the exception of the Tuesday (January 17) card, closing at the regular time (Friday, January 13 at 10:00 p.m.).
