Live harness racing returns to Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park on Saturday (Dec. 19).

The track received permission from the Chief Public Health office to host the program with a 50-person maximum cohort in the grandstand. Reservations will be required for the Top of the Park and Turf’s Bar & Grill in order to follow capacity restrictions.
Red Shores will also present a card this coming Tuesday night (Dec. 22) at 6 p.m. The draw will be conducted on Friday (Dec. 18).
The winter meet schedule has also been finalized, with cards scheduled for Dec. 26 (Boxing Day) at 12:30 p.m. and Dec. 31 with a special 6:30 p.m. post time. The 2021 portion of the winter meet includes programs on Jan. 9, 16, 23 and 30 before officially wrapping up on Feb. 6.
