The undefeated Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund freshman and sophomore trotting champion, I Like My Boss, puts an impressive record on the line in Wednesday’s $18,000 Open Trot at Dover Downs.

I Like My Boss, and his regular driver Jonathan Roberts, swept through both years of DSBF divisional trots for Bob Shahan and Jimmy and Angela Parsons. In recent weeks, the Don Boss Vita gelding stepped up to win two Harrington Raceway Opens in three outings. He’s assembled a 16-1-0 record from 17 lifetime starts, and he’s banked more than $250,000 in the process.

Newcomer Oh No Three O makes his first local start for owner Charlene Long after starring at upper New York tracks amassing four wins, a second and three thirds. Sean Bier will drive. The other starters are all well-credentialed.

The eyes of harness racing will be on Dover Downs, Thursday (Nov. 6) when all eight Matron Finals will highlight the day’s racing.
