The Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission (APHRC) is seeking suggestions for proposed rule changes.
Proposed rule change submissions will be presented and reviewed by the rules committee for potential amendments in the 2023 racing season.
Please note that the rules committee will review the submitted suggestions, however, they may or may not be adopted by the Commission.
