Buffalo Raceway has teamed up with The Buffalo News this holiday season to offer horse racing fans a beautiful 2011 New York Racing Association calendar when they bring in a new unwrapped toy for the News Neediest Fund to benefit the children of Western New York.
Donations will be collected in the Clubhouse at Buffalo Raceway from November 26 – December 19. Each donation will earn customers a calendar featuring the very best photos from the past year, along with listings of upcoming stake races at Aqueduct Race Track, Belmont Park and Saratoga Race Course. Limit two calendars per person, but please bring as many toys as you wish.
In 1982 The Buffalo News started The News Neediest fund to help those in our community who could not afford holiday gifts for their children. In 2009 more then 12,000 families registered with the WNY Holiday Partnership for its services.
