Due to inclement weather in the Washington, D.C. area and deteriorating track conditions, officials at Rosecroft Raceway cancelled the remainder of the Wednesday, Nov. 20 card after three races.
Live harness racing at Rosecroft returns on Monday, Dec. 2 with first post at 7:40 p.m.
