MGM Northfield Park has announced a temporary change in post time to 4:20 p.m. for their live racing programs beginning Saturday (Nov. 21).
Programs are conducted Saturdays through Wednesdays. Simulcasting continues daily from 12 noon to 9:45 p.m..
The change in post time is needed to accommodate the state of Ohio’s Department of Health’s recent order of a 21-day statewide curfew that businesses must close between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
The curfew goes into effect on Thursday (Nov. 19) and is set to expire on Dec. 10. MGM Northfield Park will continue to work with the Ohio State Racing Commission, the local health department and government officials to return to a 6 p.m. post time as soon as possible.
