On Saturday, the Charlottetown Driving Park will feature the annual PEI Standardbred Horse Owner's Association Horse Person and Fan Appreciation Day.
First-race post time for the program is 1:00 p.m.
The card will play host to the 2012 edition of the E.F. Acorn Memorial Drivers Championship. The top drivers of 2012, who are members of the PEISHOA, will be competing for cash and an array of prizes and gift certificates.
The qualifying drivers are Marc Campbell, Ken Arsenault, Jason Hughes, Mike Stevenson, Gary Chappell, Danny MacDonald, Ron Matheson, Willie Murphy and John Holmes.
In addition to the drivers and trainers, owners will be presented with gift certificates and prizes after each and every race.
Dreamfair Van Dam Meets Allbentouttashape in Top Class
Dreamfair Van Dam has been listed as the 5-2 morning line favourite for CDP's Sunday feature.
First-race post time for the last card of Sunday racing is 1:00 p.m.
Marc Campbell will drive Dreamfair Van Dam for his wife Natasha from Post 5.
