Shartin N Back In To Go

It has been announced that the incomparable Shartin N is back in to go and is set to renew the rivalry that she has going with one of her main foes.

The Jim King Jr.-trained Shartin N and Brett Pelling pupil Caviart Ally are set to renew their rivalry this Wednesday (Nov. 13) at Dover Downs, as the pair of lasses will be taking part in a $40,000 mares invitational.

Shartin N, who set a world record of 1:46.4 earlier this season and has bankrolled over $2.1 million in lifetime purses, is scheduled to start from the outside Post 7 for driver Tim Tetrick.

Caviart Ally, who upset Shartin N in the Breeders Crown and has earned over $1.7 million lifetime, is scheduled to start from Post 6 for driver Andrew McCarthy.

The Nancy Johansson-trained Kissin In The Sand, who has finished third in her last two races against Shartin N and Caviart Ally, has drawn the rail and will host Dexter Dunn in the sulky.

Divas Image, who is trained by Jen Bongiorno and has been entered off of a qualifier, has been limited in her starts this year.

The Dylan Davis-trained Apple Bottom Jeans finished second at Dover in her last start, but had been away from the races for six weeks. She has earned over $300,000 this year.
The Wayne Givens-trained Delishka N, who upset Apple Bottom Jeans in her last start, is also scheduled to be in the mix.

The Ron Burke-trained Reclamation will also be looking to hit the wire first. She has been in the money 14 out of her 16 starts this year and has a seasonal mark of 1:50.
