The Xtreme Racing Series legs are in the books for 2010 and the $20,000 championships will take place Tuesday
, November 16 at Georgian Downs.
The Xtreme Racing Series was presented by Standardbred Canada in co-operation with the Ontario Harness Horse Association, Flamboro Downs, Georgian Downs, Grand River Raceway, Kawartha Downs and Western Fair.
A total of 45 different horses competed in the Xtreme Sprint Series, while 27 horses took part in the Xtreme Enduro events.
The Xtreme Sprint Series, for claiming pacers, featured nine qualifying legs, while the Xtreme Enduro, for claiming trotters, featured three qualifying legs.
The championships at Georgian Downs on Tuesday, November 16 each will feature a $20,000 purse.
Trainers must enter their horses.
The top nine point earners which are entered will start in the five-eighths of one mile Sprint Championship, and the top 18 point earners from those entered will start in the one and three-eighths of a mile Enduro Championship.
The entry box for the Xtreme Championships closes at noon on Friday, November 12.
