The Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission (APHRC) has announced 2024 Rule Proposal submissions are due by Dec. 1, 2023.
When submitting rule proposals, provide your name, new rule or rule number to revise, and the reasons.
Please note all rule proposals will be considered, however, may not be adopted.
