Yonkers Raceway is dutifully reminding horsemen that the entry box for both the Messenger Stakes and Lady Maud Pace closes this Tuesday
, Nov. 1 at 4 p.m. (ET).
Eliminations races, if necessary, will be contested this Saturday night (Nov. 5), with both finals set for Saturday, Nov. 12.
Yonkers' final stakes events of the season offer estimated purses of $450,000 (Messenger) and $200,000 (Lady Maud), with the former, of course, serving as the third leg of the Pacing Triple Crown.
