A new British-bred yearling sales record was created Monday, October 20 at Builth Wells Standardbred UK sales.
A colt by Hasty Hall (USA) - Tonda Star (USA) sold for $51,000 GBP which converts to $92,310 CAN. Full brother to previous UK three-year-old record holder, Rhyds Hallstar p,3,1:57.1h.
Also, a filly by Hasty Hall (USA) - Kentucky Sunshine (USA) sold for $18,000 GBP which converts to $32,580 CAN. She’s a full sister to Rhyds Rainbow p,3,1:57.3h
Both the colt and the filly were bred and consigned by Rhyds Farm Stud owned and run by John and Grethe Wright in North Wales, UK.
